2021 Favorite Photos Contest
Greetings everyone! So here it is, the entries for your Favorite Photos of 2021. There are 5 categories which I created after-the-fact as there are a number of different styles of photography represented in this contest.
Everyone is welcome to vote. Please Please VOTE whether you submitted a photo or not. You don’t need to be in the Facebook group for Shoot New York City either. Experience not necessary.
Show your love for the photographers by voting!
I’ve never done this before. So forgive for being so slow getting it launched and attempting to put it all together. I guess when the 2022 contest comes out it will have fewer wrinkles.
So the layout isn’t ideal. I’m not especially good at finding/creating a method that looks better.
I have taken the photogs names off of the photos and they are all screenshots. You can vote 2 photos in each category.
Excuse the arrows on the sides of some of the photos. They are there because the entries were in galleries rather than single images.
To vote simply hit reply and provide the title of the photos you are voting for.
Thank you to everyone who entered the contest and to everyone who votes!
There will be a separate email for each of the 5 categories. This is the 2nd email.

I have exciting news to share: You can now read Shoot New York City Newsletter in the new Substack app for iPhone.
With the app, you’ll have a dedicated Inbox for my Substack and any others you subscribe to. New posts will never get lost in your email filters, or stuck in spam. Longer posts will never cut-off by your email app. Comments and rich media will all work seamlessly. Overall, it’s a big upgrade to the reading experience.
The Substack app is currently available for iOS. If you don’t have an Apple device, you can join the Android waitlist here.
